by Dr. Rev. Jonette Gay and Jason Burgess | The winter is cold. Thankfully many of the meals served by Lancaster Community Meals are hot and available everyday for at least breakfast and dinner. Providing, a sustainable nutrition for some of the most food-insecure individuals in our Lancaster community. Many of them are without a home or the means to provide for themselves, those who are able find that a good meal is there as they build their own self-sustainability. In this Episode Jason talks with Theresa Rettig2 from First Reformed Church in downtown Lancaster about their part in providing these meals for the people and we visit the people serving and receiving these meals during a Saturday Breakfast at First Reformed Church. Listen as we hear the stories and learn how you might be able to help be part of this gracious offering to those most in need.
